I was scheduled for an upgrade and then decided to cancel it as I am unsure if i can handle all the expected problems with it , so i decided to stay with 6.3.3. My PM system should be ready for ICD 10. My only question is how to use the ICD 10 codes in 6.3.3 since the encounters in AC will need to show the ICD 10 codes also when these charts are reviewed by insurance companies . So, I am going to try adding the codes manually for my specialty using the 'diagnosis search' button . Anyone else doing the same ?
my vote would be no if I had the choice
