BamaDoc, somehow I missed that you had asked the same.
It is possible to change the ICD codes in administrator options. Then, when you use them, the ICD10 code will appear in the note and summary page. So, could stay with 6.3, and manually recode my most common diagnoses.
Does anyone know, with V8, for your previously entered ICD9 diagnosis codes, does the program convert these, or do the ICD9 codes stay in the summary, and one has to manually reenter each patient's diagnoses?
