We've recently posted 8.2.4 to the client portal along with the latest release notes. In response to our customer concerns, our Development team investigated and improved the database queries in multiple areas including:
? Opening the chart directly to the Most Recent Encounter tab
? Navigating to the Most Recent Encounter tab
? Closing the chart from the Most Recent Encounter tab
? Closing the chart from the Summary Sheet tab
? Closing the chart from the Past Encounters tab
? Searching or scrolling through the Patient List on the main Amazing Charts screen
These particular areas comprised approximately 75% of all user complaints related to performance.
We're committed to continued efforts to improve systems performance with a focus on e-Prescribing and Imported items at the top of the list. I'm unable to make a comment on a delivery timetable as we're in the early stages of investigation however the plan is to deliver these, and potentially other performance enhancements, with Version 9.0, our next major Enhancement release scheduled for Q1 2016.
