Does anyone else have problems with the program being amazingly slow? It seems to get hung up when processing certain things. For example- it pauses after I tab from the diastolic blood pressure reading to the pulse reading when I am entering them. When I click the meaningful use checklist button it will take 20 seconds to come up the first time, then the second time it is fine. There are numerous little incidences of this. We have plenty of RAM, apparently the program is only capable of using half the ram available because it is a 32 bit program and we are on a 64 bit operating system. I signed off all the items pending for sign off and that seemed to help initially, then the next day it was back to its normal slowness. Then miraculously, like weeks later- it was just fine. I thought maybe we were out of the woods. Then this Monday, it just went back to its old pattern of slowness. I re-purged all the sign offs, to no avail.
Can it really just be me that is suffering through this?
