I had similar questions about users who are no longer with the practice and spoke with Amazing Charts tech support about this. Their reasoning as to why the program does not allow the administrator to delete the old users is for medical malpractice reasons. By keeping the users, it provides an accounting of what staff members dealt with the patient over time. This makes sense. I agree with the comments about unread messages being in their boxes and the hassles of trying to make sure that this does not happen.
