It really isn't a new product. MedFx has been around a while and a number of people have used it for some time. Yes, AC has made some changes to the program, but the bulk of the program appears to be very much like MedFx. Can there be bugs? Perhaps, but not likely to be significant since it is a tested product. It will remain to be seen how well it works.

BTW, it is $50 less than MedFx.
