I am very disappointed in the announcement. I saw it on Facebook earlier this week. We simply cannot afford this. We are already struggling to stay in business. I guess I'm crazy to keep trying. I have sent them a message but have not heard back. I said that being very rural makes a cloud solution not very practical and that we cannot afford $249/ mo. I have started looking elsewhere. It appears that AC has direct link with multiple practice management solutions. Does anyone have any experience with TotalMD?
