I am helping my wife and her partner implement Updox into their practice. One issue I am having is with the secure messaging. I would like her to get a notification if one of her patients sends a secure message, same for her partner. I really would not want them both to get notifications of every secure message that comes into Updox. I can't see a way to accomplish this. All secure messages go to the Updox interface, and not to a particular person. Anyone know how to work around this?
