Welcome to the user board. We have multiple physicians in our group, but we each have our own Updox fax # and accounts. We all are using Updox a bit differently, some using the patient portal some not.
Are you asking about the secure messaging within the patient portal or outside the patient portal?
If you are asking about secure messaging within the patient portal, I can help a bit and would suggest setting up an Updox account for each physician, in which you would have 3 users in each account.
If your question deals with secure messaging outside the patient portal, I have not done much of that and not sure how to help.
