So many questions about this Patient Portal...

I know that it is just secure messaging and being able to send labs, CCD, visit notes, ect. My questions is in regards to the set up. There will only be a few of us in the office who will be communicating with the patient in this way. I know that I need to install Updox Central on the main server containing the patient data. Whose email do I set it up with? Would that be mine(Practice Manager) since I am the one that controls it? The doctor himself will not be communicating with the patients, just the nurses and myself.

Also we have Updox "Free", so do I do something with that or do I do a whole separate registration?
