So a sales inquiry phone call to Medware (seems to have evolved to Vitera Healthcare?) led to the following:
- Gave up the first time after about a 30 min hold.
- Left a msg the second time. Someone called back, barely had any knowledge of Medware, transferred me to "right" dept, then got transferred to "righter" dept, then got dropped.
I'll try again, but if reaching sales is this difficult, I shudder at the prospect of getting tech support...
