My front desk staff writes how patient paid in the Payment Details window which is right under Copay and then this information is transferred to EZ claims as Reference 1. Payment amount is typed in the Copay in AC.
I use Simple Text File option for export from AC to EZ Claims Advanced 8
BTW I always like to ski back bowls in Vail
