She was paraphrasing James. Personally, I thought James was right, although the basketball analogy may have been a bit much. But, that is what Wendell was alluding to.
If you ask ten questions, you will get eight answers from different users. Sandeep will answer two. But, that doesn't make anyone perfect. They just happen to have the answer.
While Sandeep and Indy know the tech side cold, there are a lot of others who know AC as they use it every day.
