It's OK, friends can agree to disagree at times. I never felt you were not friendly.
I saw frustration in your writing and the sense that you felt everything could not work properly and that AC was not willing to help further. This is contrary to what I and others have experienced with AC. While you perceived it as defensive, I meant it as not in line with my experiences with tech support.
I have seen some bizarre issues both personally and on the board and know that they can be difficult to resolve. Some of it boils down to levels of experience. Most of the AC techs have that although some have more than others. Reconnecting with another tech support will often give you a different experience.
I'm glad Sandeep could solve your problem when no one else seemed to be able to help. Curious that you would call him a young neophyte.
