Jimmi -- I don't think I can drop one more "computer" task on my nurse without having open rebellion!
The trick is to show her how the computer tasks will actually make things easier and save time for her and everyone else in the long run. Once she realizes that she is not doing more, but actually doing less it gets real easy.
