Not to simply stray from the topic but Dean's question prompted this concern with me:
Will AC ever discontinue the option to keep our databases in house and force us to use a hosted (SAAS?) solution?
I imagine that newer EHRs are being hosted/web based only so as to be modern/efficient...but correct me if I'm wrong.
Does anybody see this happening or is it just my paranoia?
