As pointed earlier these words have to be also uploaded in the note writing dictionary in 6.5.5.
Don't know what spell checker is being used there.
I used two more places cnet download of Merriam Webster
Marian Webster Dictionary and for medications I used a site for wordexpander
Medication List Another site I am working off is
http://www.essex1.com/people/cates/free.htm Between all above I am able to use AC spellcheck
Now if anyone with VBA experience can help with mixedCAP words. This can be placed in registry and eliminate that nuisance.
