Have successfully added Stedman's medical dictionary v 6 downloaded from cnet using above steps
Also added list of referring physicians in my area to this dictionary
Next step to find out how to set dictionary option to auto mark mixed Cap option to ignore the medications that have them
Would be nice if AC can set this
