I found the solution. Silly me I assumed it was Updox. Wrong. The problem is internet explorer / windows / java. Best way to fix is to follow the advise from
this website, easy solution:
In Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings
Clear the checkbox in ?Automatically detect settings?
