Some people are adding to the first part of James' post; I will stand by response there.

My first reaction to this one: so the IT people have a forum where they can go to complain about their annoying customers? I suppose that is is reasonable: after all, physicians have the same thing. It sometimes serves a purpose to be able to blow off steam about annoying or irritating questions.

My second reaction: why in the world would you post this on a board for those very customers? I might want to commiserate with other docs about things that patients do that annoy me, but I wouldn't go to a patient information site and post it...
