Not sure if this applies to you, but we just noticed that our clinical summary percentage dropped from 60%+ to 17% after a recent AC upgrade. We were following all of the instructions on the AC video and could even prove in the audit log that we had printed the CCD's within 3 days of the patient appt (usually always during the appointment). We worked with AC and figured out that if we clicked on "dont include mid-level" at the top of the MU wizard in AC, it fixed our problem and the clinical summary #'s went back up to 'normal'. We only have one physician in the office and she does do all of the CCD printing.
