I attested successfully last year to stage I, and just ran a report to see where I stand this year. Everything looks good or easily attainable except for the 50% of clinical summaries. I honestly DO give summaries of every visit to each patient, but not the one the program prints out, so it looks low.
Any idea on how to get this number higher? I guess I can go back and print out summaries, but it would be a LOT.
How do you guys get this attestation, or has everyone been printing these all along?

A couple of options
1 Preview print as noted above and only print out the CCD on patient request
2. Print to PDF and printout to paper on Pt. request.
Yes this is one of the MU requirements that made the least sense, 50% of patients are not interested in this information.
