We just noticed that someone in the office was just giving a note to the patients and NOT printing out the summary (didn't want to give them anything personal that he may have included in the note).
We figured since he WAS give the patient some info, but not just the way AC thought he should (like just having to check "Patient Education Given" check box.
I found that AC does stick to the 3 day window on printing out the summary, but it uses the date on the client PC to do its checking..........hint hint....
