question: I added a HM screening we very rarely do, but I had to add it to the HM so that I can attach it to a pt's chart.
but I don't want it to keep popping up on everyone's chart as something that needs done.
so I put under the minimun age "0", maximum age "0", etc. using all zeros.
sometimes it appears on all charts, sometimes it never appears and I can't even bring it up or find it.
ideas?
