morgansrm Member Joined: May 2009 Posts: 58 Arizona	Try having staff change the first part of the "Comment" on the appointment to the patient's status/location. E.g. ("Signed In" "Ready-Rm1" "Gone". This shows up on your A/C schedule. Ain't fancy, but it works. Steve Morgan Indentured Office Geek
