A patient portal for Amazing Charts is mentioned as a future project (see
FAQs, under "Pricing/What are the hidden fees that will frustrate me later"). I also remember reading about a planned patient portal in one or Dr. Bertman's updates late last year, although I can no longer find his earlier update posts on the Board.
I think that the robust patient portals being offered by
Updox, already tightly integrated with AC, and offering appointment scheduling, registration, patient data updating and bill pay, make it unlikely AC will need to proceed on their own portal. Just a hunch, I have no insider knowledge of AC plans.
