I have received a "hardship exemption" so that I do not have to meet the eRx requirement by 6/30/12 (good), but can not figure out how to make that clear for MU Core 2 (bad) --- if I were to go to submit my MU info, won't it say that I've failed that Core?

(Also, for the measures where my denominator is "0", am I right in understanding that there is a place to enter the "0" once I actually go to submit the data?)
