Keep in mind that when you attest, you will use the data from AC, but you still have the opportunity to take exemptions. You are not actually submitting data directly from AC. So for that core measure, you will have the opportunity to say you are exempt.
I do believe you will be able to input the 0 denominator if that is appropriate. (Contrary to what your math teacher might have said
). I don't remember which measures can be met despite the 0 denominator, though.
