I am not sure I understand the issue with your controlled substance prescriptions. Can you describe it in more detail?
Are you saying that you are signed into Updox in your office, then when you go into the exam room, you need to sign into AC on the laptop, write a prescription, and then open Updox to fax it from there?
If you are not using that 3rd Updox user, that would be an easy solution. But what is the laptop connected to (network, internet, wired or wireless; how does it connect to AC)?
