I am back to say I have implemented Updox, and I have no regrets.
I am pleased that Updox partnered with AmazingCharts.
It took 14 days to port our fax-line over to updox. That was about the only stressful period. Everything that was shared in this forum was very helpful. Yes we are using the portal now, but it is only one sided at this time.Our consumption of copy paper has gone down. The best thing is that I can respond to a fax and send it from anywhere without first going to the office to pick it up. There are so many other nice things that can be done that have already been dealt with on this forum. Thanks a million to all contributors on this forum!!!
