I think you know what I am talking about, but nothing is cooler than watching an expert who is remoted in to your computer just fly through the OS with the mouse while they diagnose and fix it. Sure, no life.
I don't mean just knowing how to fix it; I mean when their mouse is on overdrive, and they aren't missing a click.
