On #3 on Bert's instructions about putting the demographics, I just put a few elements, this will all be erased when you restore the backup file, you just need a group in place. I usually type random number/letters. Don't need to set up a schedule, again all this will be overwritten.
I do backups/restore's at home periodically both to keep a version handy as well as check that the backups are working.
