I do like Leslie, my wife typed up some education material--low chol/low trig diet, advance directives, alcohol use, exercise, diabetic diet CHO counting,--so when i do my HM, I add that I will send through the secure portal with my summary note I send patient, and my nurse knows which one to attach with summary. This sometimes gets a bit laborious so this weekend we are going to work on putting the material on my portal website so the patients can access the educational material themselves--jimmie
