Every time a med refill is accepted or denied in the e-prescribe renewal section, it creates an addendum... for each one.
For patients on many meds, this quickly clutters the Past Encounters with addenda. It wouldn't be so bad if it would group them all by transmission or date so there is just one addendum for all refills sent that time, but as it stands I find it very annoying.
There are many other ways, besides looking at Past Encounters, to see when meds were refills.
So, my question: is there a way to turn of the creation of these addenda with the e-rx refills?
