Unfortunately the denial also creates an addendum... even if the denied reason was "already responded to"... which I'd use if refilled in another fashion... here's a copy of the addendum:

Is there a way to just remove/delete/otherwise get rid of the renewal request? Then it would be easiest, not having to match rxs, to refill the med in the prescription writer.
