They can be deleted, one by one. Or they can be marked ?completed?, and this you can do in large numbers, all at one time. This makes ?completing? much easier if you have a lot of old orders to clear out. The database does keep a record of which orders were ?deleted? and which were ?completed?.)
How do you do this? We're using version 5.0.29 and I cannot remove any order. Nor can I update the status of multiple orders at once to "complete." When I select more than 1 order, click the complete radio button, and click "update order," only the top order disappears from the list. When I click the remove button (next to the "find imported items.." button), nothing happens. Is there another way to delete orders?
