It should accept a different date for the vaccination. It sure used to. All you input for vaccinations given elsewhere is the place and the date (and the vaccination).
Yes to get a list of vaccinations you go to the Summary Sheet. The vaccination record still looks rather very unprofessional...back in V5 it looked respectable. Or was that V4?
