I think that tech support can be most useful in a somewhat broad way. Maybe noting a bunch of TSP800 issues and saying something like "We are investigating; we are pretty sure it is an issue with one particular Win 7 driver. It does seem to work with this other particular driver and these settings, so maybe try that." One post could save them 60 calls. On the other hand, I don't think they need be involved with "How do y'all use UpDox for importing labs for MU credit?"
