I start by saying that for the money Amazing Charts is awesome but Practice Fusion which is a FREE EMR sends me constant updates and checklists in order to achieve meaningful use. They have a checklist plan see below. http://www.practicefusion.com/resources/MeaningfulUseActionPlan.pdf?v=1 They also have videos on how to document all the information in Practice Fusion. Do you think AC dropped ball on this, our is it out there and I just don't see it?
