Thanks Bert. I did all of the above. Now I'm stuck at "amazing charts can't write to your main folder at \\GREG-PC\Amazing Charts\ when I try to run amazing charts on one of the networked PCs.
Looks like I have a firewall problem. new computer (where database now resides after restore) is Windows 7 with Norton antivirus. It appears I've got everything disabled in Norton, but still can't get to database from other computers.
I have the amazing charts folder on the main PC set for sharing with everyone with full controls.
The windows firewall is disabled and/or being controlled by the Norton software.
Any ideas? if not I'll call tech support on Monday.
Good news is that AC is up and running on the new main computer!
just need to get access for others PCs.
