There are a number of threads on this board where we have discussed in length the interfaces with the labs. Many are curious but the path is less than clear and so most have yet to go there. This seems to be the way with a number of the newer interfaces. We do use the MidMark ECG though. We already owned it and always wanted something that does this and that one does work rather nicely I might say. But it no longer saves the patient's file it creates with the MidMark naming system and that bothers me a good deal. At some point most of us are resigned to the fact that "mandated" EMR's are coming and I want to be able to use these in their original form; just in case.
