Adding carbon copying (Cc) could be doable. Would this Cc-ing be to internal colleagues, or everyone in or out of office? How does the Letter Writer handle this now?
It doesn't. This would be to other doctors. Many times I will refer the same patient to a dermatologist and an allergist at the same time. Seems silly to write the same letter twice. So, I Cc one of them.
