Travis, thanks for weighing-in on this. I know there are lots of us who feel strongly about this, and hopefully many more will express opinions.
These few posts do illustrate one of the challenges of designing an EMR; take three people who feel strongly that a small element of the program needs fixing, and you get four opinions about what should be done. The good news is that I think we all agree on the need for major change and the basic elements of what we would like.
Lawrence, I think that if you can make this happen, we may not all love every detail, but we will see the result as a major step forward.
