this looks much better, and would appear to be a notepad/wordpad based.

I would guess resource would let you choose the Providers info to be auto filled. One of the other pet pieves is that the telephone number should be included with the provider demographics.

It also needs to autosave to the patients import item folder automatically, as many docs to not know or care to take the time to find the proper location.

I don't use Cc, didn't notice it was there other than chief complaint. So I can't comment on that one.
