My staff loves a two monitor set-up. I am starting to experiment with two monitors, one on the encounter screen and one on imported items. I believe it significantly speeds up my ability to do notes. The problem is fitting two monitors on the desk in the room where I see patients...the second monitor would make it tough to see the patient.
