Started to migrate to AC,(from Misys EMR, which Allscripts had abandoned in an attempt to coerce their clients to upgrade to their own solution - but that's another story...)
I am having a weird problem with AC.
The screens for Prescription writing, Medication updating and Pharmacy look-up are very slow in loading. All other modules load normally. The strange thing is that I discovered when I access a computer remotely using Remote Desktop, everything runs fast. These specific windows mentioned above are only slow when accessed locally. Naturally, when Support tries to check (remotely), everything works fine. (Turned off automatic drug interaction check, etc, did not help) Anyone ever have this similar situation?
