So seeing that many of us are also opposed to such things I have a few pointed requests of you:
1) Can you supply all of us with a link to this report for faster access than hunting for it ourselves?
2) Do you know how and where we can be part of this public comment period? I know a NYS law firm that just gave a great talk on records requests, NYS Prompt Pay, Auditing and all the like, That would be most distressed by all of this. And that they, the Local County chapter of the MSSNY (State Medical Society) and MSSNY theyselves would probably want to be invloved in trying to fight this....They seem to be proactive about as they all want to teach us how to fight this how and when we can....
