Shunian,
I do not think that you will be able to send superbills from AC to Gateway. I use AC and Lytec, with X-link interfacing the two, and Gateway as my CH. When I sign off a chart, it creates a superbill. This superbill is then out there waiting to be picked up by the interface program, in this case, X-link. It is then put into the patient's chart as a superbill, in your case would be Medisoft. If you want in office billing, you have 2 options from what I can tell. Either print out the superbill and have your biller manually put in the charge. Or, get an interface program like X-link and the superbill will be transferred into your billing software automatically.

If you use the interface, the only work created for your biller would be to submit the claims to Gateway, which is a few clicks of buttons, assuming that they are all "cleaned" up a bit. I hope this helps.
