I think you need to address a few things - how do you currently put info into AdvancedMD ? If you manually enter or send a facesheet/superbill then there is no real reason not to continue this - I feel that the double entry (we do with medisoft) actual allows a double checking of information and is not real redundant - it makes a difference on how many people you see - I see 20-35 per day (most are repeat visits) and my wife feels like she can do all the billing in a couple of hours a couple of times per week and keep up easily (along with a fair amount of hospital billing).

AC can print demographics and a superbill now - the PM module will be even more robust and is an option - just don't let someone push you into spending $1,000 just for their convenience.
