I understand what he is saying:
For those of us that do xrays in the office for ortho or sports med or whatever if you are going to bill for xray you need to have a seperate note in the chart. So he wants to see if there could be a different page in the chart for radiology dication kind of thing. technically to do a procedures you need to have a seperate note for procedures. right now i am just putting the procedures at the bottom of my plan part and put a thing in there that says PROCEDURE NOTE. but the question is will that count if we are audited.
